Why StreamerSync exists and the mission behind helping streamers stand out.

Founder Introduction

Hi, I'm Clarke and I'm the owner and founder of StreamerSync.

The history of StreamerSync is a simple one, and I remember the exact moment it clicked. I was at TwitchCon San Diego 2025, attending a panel with my wife who had just begun her journey as a full-time streamer. One of our friends was on stage speaking about the realities of turning streaming into a career.

During that discussion, a theme kept resurfacing - streamers don't get enough partnerships.

And the reasons were clear:

1. No media kit

2. Media kit not being updated

3. Not enough outreach to brands

As someone who’s spent half a decade as a business consultant and helped scale a tech startup, I instantly shifted into problem-solving mode.

The more I listened, the more I realised the core issue wasn’t outreach or opportunity. It was confidence. Media kits either looked home-made, felt unprofessional, or required so much maintenance that streamers simply stopped updating them.

Without a professional presence, creators are currently feeling uneasy reaching out to brands they admire. While media kits are meant to be empowering, unfortunately, they are holding streamers back.

When I later left the startup world to build my own online consultancy, creating websites, funnels and automations for businesses and coaching brands, I saw the same pattern everywhere:

A professional presence creates confidence.
And confidence creates growth.

The solution became obvious. Instead of expecting creators to maintain static media kits and still feeling unprofessional, they needed something better:

A personally branded site, kept fresh and updated every month, that made them look serious, sponsor-ready, and confident enough to reach out to the brands they admire.

So I built StreamerSync with one simple goal:

Build this for my wife and create something that would help her thrive as a full-time streamer.

And now it's ready for you. Ready for you to stand out. Ready for you to be a creator that attracts sponsors and is confident enough to network like a proper business.

StreamerSync isn’t just a tool.
It’s a response to a problem I saw repeated across Twitch.
It’s a love letter to creators who deserve more.
And it’s built with the belief that small streamers deserve big opportunities, if only they’re given the support and structure to make it real.

I’m proud to turn this passion project into a growing business, and even more grateful to have assembled an incredible team of former colleagues from the business and tech world to support StreamerSync’s success.
