
Welcome to StreamerSync. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by StreamerSync (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing a StreamerSync plan or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
StreamerSync is a trading name of an independent sole trader operating in the United Kingdom.

1. Overview of Services
StreamerSync provides professional, managed web funnel and profile page services for streamers and content creators. Each project is designed, built, hosted, and maintained by StreamerSync representatives. Clients do not gain administrative access to the underlying platform or software.
Our service includes:
• The creation and hosting of a custom streamer web funnel.
• Ongoing maintenance and updates depending on the selected plan.
• Automated enquiry form functionality that delivers notification reports to the client.
• Branded domain management on behalf of the client. This may include connecting a domain you own or purchasing and managing a new domain on your behalf for the duration of your subscription
2. Plans and Billing
StreamerSync offers two service tiers:
Pro Plan – includes hosting, maintenance, and access to standard support.
Elite Plan – includes all Pro features plus enhanced support, monthly content updates, and a dedicated account manager.
All pricing is listed in GBP (£).
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe, integrated through HighLevel.
A one-time setup fee is required before any work begins. This setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding documents have been submitted and the account creation process has commenced.
3. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorise StreamerSync to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.
Refunds
In accordance with UK law (The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period. However, this right is waived if you request for the service to begin within that period.
4. Setup and Delivery
Setup begins once:
The setup fee and first subscription payment have been received, and
All required onboarding documents have been submitted.
Estimated Timelines
Initial funnel build and first draft delivery typically take 2–4 weeks. Timelines may vary based on client responsiveness, design revisions, and seasonal demand.
StreamerSync will make every reasonable effort to meet expected delivery times but cannot guarantee exact completion dates.
5. Ongoing Updates and Maintenance
For Elite plan clients:
• Monthly update requests are sent on the 1st of each month.
• If the 1st falls on a weekend, update processing begins on the next working day (Monday).
• Update requests typically have a 2–3 business day turnaround, subject to the client’s response time and complexity of changes.
Pro plan clients may request minor updates or edits via support. These are processed at StreamerSync’s discretion and capacity and are not guaranteed a specific turnaround time.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and lawful information during onboarding.
• Ensuring all submitted materials (images, text, media) are owned by them or properly licensed.
• Keeping their contact and billing information up to date.
• Reviewing and approving content before publication.
Clients are fully responsible for the content displayed on their StreamerSync-managed page.
Prohibited Use
Clients must not use their StreamerSync page to:
• Post or promote illegal, defamatory, or harassing material.
• Display copyrighted or trademarked material without authorisation.
• Share NSFW or adult content.
• Misrepresent sponsorships, brand relationships, or affiliations.
• Engage in scams, phishing, or fraudulent activity.
StreamerSync reserves the right to suspend or remove any page found in violation of these terms.
6a. Indemnification
You (the client) agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StreamerSync (and its owner and agents) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
(a) Your breach of these Terms;
(b) Any content, media, or materials you provide to us, including any claim that such materials infringe upon or violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
c) Your use of the service in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, frameworks, templates, and system configurations remain the intellectual property of StreamerSync.
You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use your assigned funnel while your subscription is active.
You retain ownership of:
• Your personal branding, logos, and materials you provided, and
• Any data or content you upload to your StreamerSync page.
Upon termination or cancellation, your hosted page will be disabled and any associated assets managed by StreamerSync (including the hosted domain and design system) will be withdrawn from public use.
8. Service Availability and Limitations
StreamerSync is hosted and maintained via third-party infrastructure (HighLevel).
While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure service availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or system updates may temporarily affect access.
StreamerSync will not be liable for loss of data, revenue, or opportunity resulting from service interruptions.
9. Termination and Cancellation
Client-Initiated Cancellation
• Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing [email protected].
• Cancellations must be made at least 3 working days before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
• Upon cancellation, hosting and access will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.
StreamerSync Termination Rights
StreamerSync reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
• Payments fail or remain overdue for more than 7 days.
• The client violates these Terms.
• The client engages in behaviour deemed harmful, abusive, or illegal.
In such cases, access to hosted pages and related systems may be revoked immediately without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
StreamerSync provides services “as is” and makes no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamerSync is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of income, data, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client within the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
StreamerSync complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

12. Confidentiality
StreamerSync agrees to treat all client materials, contact information, and project data as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.
13. Amendments to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect operational or legal changes.
The latest version will always be available at streamersync.io/terms.
For any material changes to these Terms, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
