StreamerSync (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you visit our website or use our services.

StreamerSync is a trading name of an independent sole trader operating in the United Kingdom.

We operate as a sole-trader business under UK law and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For the purpose of the UK GDPR, the data controller is Samuel Clarke trading as StreamerSync.

If you have any questions or requests regarding this policy or your data, please contact us at: [email protected]

2. What Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following categories of personal information:

b. Information Collected Automatically

• Cookies and similar technologies that help operate and analyse website performance.

c. Publicly Available or User-Submitted Twitch Data

• When a streamer chooses to display streaming statistics or related content, we may use:

• Self-reported data provided by the streamer, or

• Public data from third-party platforms such as TwitchTracker.

We do not access private Twitch accounts or any API-restricted data.

d. Data Roles and Responsibilities

When someone (like a brand, sponsor, or fan) uses an enquiry form on a streamer's public StreamerSync page, we (StreamerSync) act as the Data Controller for that information.

We collect this data (such as name, email, and message) on our platform and then forward it to the respective streamer to allow them to respond.

Our legal basis for this processing is the consent provided by the visitor at the time of submission and our legitimate interest in operating the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our services.

• Manage billing and account access.

• Communicate with you, including customer support and updates.

• Fulfil our service to streamer page visitors by collecting their enquiries and forwarding them to the correct streamer.

• Send occasional service-related and marketing emails (only with consent).

• Improve our services and troubleshoot technical issues.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following lawful bases:

• Consent – for marketing communications or optional data you provide.

• Legal obligations – where processing is required by law or regulation.

5. Payment Information

All payments are securely processed via Stripe through the HighLevel platform.

StreamerSync does not store or directly access your full payment details.

Stripe’s privacy policy is available at: https://stripe.com/privacy

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to:

• Fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy,

• Comply with legal obligations, and
